Welcome and thank you for your interest in participating in the 2007 Alaska Canada Barrenlands Traverse. The response from schools has surpassed our expectations!  We currently have students from a wide range of grade levels, from all over Alaska, Canada, and the lower 48 states who have signed up to follow the expedition. There are 4 ways to participate in the jouney:

• Create a classroom map display for tracking the expedition
• Participate in a classroom poster exchange
• Incorporate Northern topics into your classroom activities
• Have us visit your classroom
